Refund & Rescheduling Policy

No. Once a lesson or package has been purchased, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please make sure to review your schedule and availability before completing the payment.

Yes. Lessons can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost. This allows us to organize instructors’ schedules and ensure availability for all students.
What happens if I don’t show up or arrive late?
17
If a student does not show up, or arrives more than 20 minutes late, the lesson will be considered completed. In these cases, the lesson cannot be rescheduled or refunded, as the instructor has already reserved the full time slot.
Our instructors travel across different areas of Vancouver to meet students on time. Last-minute cancellations or delays have a direct impact on their routes and on the availability for other learners. This policy ensures fairness and smooth scheduling for everyone.
18
Why is this policy necessary?
What happens if I rent the car and have an accident?
19
If an accident occurs while using the rental vehicle, the insurance deductible is the responsibility of the driver. The deductible amount is $300, which must be paid on the same day the accident occurs. This applies regardless of fault and helps ensure the vehicle can be repaired promptly and safely.
